Keith Alba

Keith's passion is teaching and training Real Estate agents to reach their best potential in providing quality service to the home buyer or seller.

Keith was raised in a Real Estate family and continued the tradition by building homes for some of the top builders. In 2001, he became a Loan Officer where he consulted real estate agents on the lending process, lending guidelines and marketing strategies. In 2003, Keith chose to leave the Mortgage business and came to Keller Williams as the Regional Director for Colorado. For 8 years, Keith identified potential franchisees and trained them on the systems and models of KW. In 2012, he decided it was time for a change and became a Partner and Team Lead for My Home Team Denver. MHT is a Mega Team closing over 100 transactions annually.

Keith has been honored by the Denver Business Journal, naming him a top producing agent in the Denver Metro Area. He is an investor in a KW Market Center and property management company. He has served on task forces for the Colorado Division of Real Estate and Colorado Association of Realtors® In addition to these commitments, Keith is currently the Employing Broker for the brokerage firm overseeing, training and supervising over 170 agents.

Keith is a native to the Colorado area and refers to it as nothing less than home! He and his wife Amy have been married for 17 years. If you don't find him partaking in all that the Denver area has to offer, you will most likely find him knee deep in a river fly fishing!

Brandon Scholten

Brandon Scholten was born and raised in Longmont, CO. He was exposed to real estate and property management at a young age, as his mom, Bets, was a top agent at Coldwell Banker and self-managed a portfolio of over 50 rental units. His first hands-on experience came in high school, helping with maintenance at those properties. After graduating from Colorado Christian University in 2007 with a degree in business finance, Brandon joined a real estate investment group, where he eventually managed a growing rental portfolio beginning in 2010.

From that experience, Brandon started Keyrenter Property Management Denver in April of 2015. Today, the company manages over 1,100 homes, has been awarded Franchise of the Year six times (most recently in 2025), and has been named to the Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for three consecutive years. Brandon’s vision is to build a massive, positive, and truly meaningful social footprint across Denver, grounded in the belief that housing plays a critical role in the health of a community.

Brandon lives in Denver with his wife and three children. In addition to leading Keyrenter Denver, he coaches and teaches other property management business owners, helping them grow as leaders and build strong businesses.

Sunny Banka

Sonda “Sunny” Banka is an accomplished real estate professional with more than four decades of experience in the industry. A licensed Realtor® since 1980, she has built a career distinguished by deep market knowledge, professional integrity, and a long-standing commitment to excellence in real estate practice.

Since 1998, Sunny has also served as a real estate instructor, educating and mentoring real estate professionals at various stages of their careers. Her instructional work reflects both practical, real-world expertise and a strong command of real estate law, risk management, and brokerage operations.

As a licensed Broker, Sunny brings a high level of strategic insight and leadership to every transaction and professional engagement. Her combined experience as a Realtor®, Broker, and instructor uniquely positions her as a trusted advisor, educator, and advocate for high professional standards within the real estate industry.

Roxane Webster

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Roxane attended Eastern Michigan University, studying music. After university, she spent 10 years working in the non-profit world which took her all over the country, and showed her how much she loves working with people.

Roxane came to Denver in the 90’s and happily landed in Real Estate as a career. With a good mind for organization and a sincere concern for people, Roxane seeks to improve her little corner of the world through a dedication to excellence and a wealth of experience. Roxane has deep roots in education.  She has spent years teaching real estate licensure and is a Professional Real Estate Coach.  She teaches all over the country and is nationally recognized as an expert in the distressed real estate market.  Roxane is married and has two great step-kids. She and her husband are both musicians playing in a popular local band called the Sweet Spot Trio.

Brie Aljets

Brieonna grew up in real estate with her Mom as a Broker, and has held a number of positions within the industry over the last 15 years. These roles include: team leader, managing broker, Buyer's agent, Association Executive, and productivity coach throughout IL, TN and CO. Currently, she holds a managing broker's license and has a degree in Education. Her passion is training and consulting; she teaches real estate school as well and enjoys bringing humor into the classroom. Let's be authentic, the ins and outs of real estate can be ahem...somewhat boring. Without a laugh she's not sure anything qualifies as success. Having taught first grade previously, she's more than prepared to handle any situation in the classroom! 

Outside of work you can find Brieonna spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys trail running, working out, and snowboarding. Just like most Gunnison residents, she came for the winter but stayed for the phenomenal summers. Growing up in the Midwest, she is thrilled to avoid the extreme humidity that IL had to offer. Her husband is a distinctive metal artist; and they have a wild, loving 6-year old boy. And yes, Brieonna may be caught writing a Real Estate course on the weekend...

Rob Lynde

Rob Lynde, Employing Broker and Co-Owner of MileStone Real Estate established in 2007, managing over 500 residential rentals and averaging over 25 sales transactions a year. Colorado Real Estate Division Education Task Force member since 2012, member of 2013 Property Management Task Force, 2019 Rule Review Committee, and 2022 Commission Position Statement Review Committee.  Founding Member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition (CLLC) and past president of Colorado Springs Chapter of the National Association of Residential property Managers.
