Sharanne Rothenbucher
Sharanne Rothenbucher moved to Colorado in 1999 from Oregon where she had been a property manager. After working on her own investment properties in 2007 she became a licensed Realtor for Keller Williams in Canon City, CO where she is currently active in the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors, Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, REColorado, Pueblo Association of Realtors, and Westcliffe MLS.
Sharanne specializes in real estate sales including investment opportunities, short sale, and foreclosure listings. She has won Rate My Agents, Agent of the year for Fremont County in 2022 and 2023. Sharanne believes education is an important part of her real estate career and enjoys teaching other agents how to grow their businesses. She has many designations in her field including GRI, SFR, BPOR, Social Media, and C-Reps.
She has served on the El Paso County Fair Advisory Board, Colorado State University Extension Advisory board El Paso County, City of Canon City Planning Commission, Canon City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber fundraising Chairman, Canon City Chamber Prospectors, Canon City Music and Blossom Festival Committee, Canon City Leadership, and Volunteer coach for Canon City Recreation district for soccer, basketball, and track. She also coached Cross Country for Crook County High School and was the Director for Tradewind Track and Field in Oregon.
Sharanne is the mother of two young men. Her oldest Brenden graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a Captain stationed in Oregon Army National Guard. Her youngest son Dylan works locally in law enforcement.
She enjoys competitive cooking and has won title as Colorado State Fair Queen of the Kitchen, Sandra Dee Appetizer Contest Winner, Champion H Sugar Baking Contest, Fleishman's Baking Contest, Salsa Contest, and six-year winner of Fremont County Fair High Point Exhibitor for Baking, Floriculture, and Gardening. She has also won two titles on team contests with her son Dylan: The Big Green Egg BBQ contest winner at Beaver Creek Blues, Brews and BBQs, and the Colorado Cattlewomen State Cooking Contest.
