Casey Herzfeld

Casey has years of experience helping people buy & sell real estate in Colorado.  She formerly held her securities 6 and 63 license in the financial services industry.  Through that time, she began to feel that one of the best investments a person could make was through ownership of tangible property – like a personal home and investment properties.   As a mom of a Sailor in the US Navy, she has a passion for helping our Military, both Active Duty & Retired, utilize their VA Benefit and make home-ownership a reality.  Now, she is using her experience in real estate to help train, coach, and educate other agents.

Keith's passion is teaching and training Real Estate agents to reach their best potential in providing quality service to the home buyer or seller.

Keith was raised in a Real Estate family and continued the tradition by building homes for some of the top builders. In 2001, he became a Loan Officer where he consulted real estate agents on the lending process, lending guidelines and marketing strategies. In 2003, Keith chose to leave the Mortgage business and came to Keller Williams as the Regional Director for Colorado. For 8 years, Keith identified potential franchisees and trained them on the systems and models of KW. In 2012, he decided it was time for a change and became a Partner and Team Lead for My Home Team Denver. MHT is a Mega Team closing over 100 transactions annually.

Keith has been honored by the Denver Business Journal, naming him a top producing agent in the Denver Metro Area. He is an investor in a KW Market Center and property management company. He has served on task forces for the Colorado Division of Real Estate and Colorado Association of Realtors® In addition to these commitments, Keith is currently the Employing Broker for the brokerage firm overseeing, training and supervising over 170 agents.

Keith is a native to the Colorado area and refers to it as nothing less than home! He and his wife Amy have been married for 17 years. If you don't find him partaking in all that the Denver area has to offer, you will most likely find him knee deep in a river fly fishing!

Damian Cox, Esq.

Damian Cox has practiced in the real estate industry for over twenty years, initially as a real estate broker for seven years, and then as an attorney. He has served on multiple Real Estate Commission committees and task forces (including the forms and education committees), worked closely with the Attorney General’s office, the Colorado BAR’s Real Estate Section and CAR drafting legislation.  He represents more than thirty real estate brokerage firms consisting of more than 3,000 real estate brokers across Colorado.  

Seeing a need for better/more variety in broker continuing education, Damian started Cox Education, LLC.  Cox Education offers a wide variety of state-approved real estate broker continuing education. Thousands of real estate brokers throughout the state of Colorado turn to Cox Education for their continuing education requirements. Cox Education real estate courses are designed and taught by industry experts, and enable brokers to stay current with their CE requirements. 

Damian is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver.  

A native of Colorado, Damian currently resides in Castle Rock. He is happily married to his loving wife Jill Cox, who is a Sales Executive at Chicago Title Company, and they both dote on their young sons Brady and Quentin. 

Bill McAfee

Bill McAfee is a leading real estate professional who has weathered the ups and downs of this demanding industry for nearly 30 years. Bill has been a major player in title insurance and offers extensive expertise in areas such as rules and regulations, contracts, foreclosure and short sale, and real estate investing. After graduating from St. Mary’s of Plains College with a degree in Business Administration, emphasizing in economics, Bill spent years at various companies thoroughly learning the ins and outs of the title business. He served as a marketing manager and closing presenter before pursuing the opportunity to obtain his own company. In 2003, Bill established himself as
President of Empire Title, which quickly became one of the fastest growing and most successful Title Insurance companies in Colorado Springs.

Bill’s management experience continued to expand as he became managing member of Mac Marketing and Consulting, LLC, a company which acquires and sells real estate and offers consulting to real estate professionals. In 2007, Bill instituted the Pikes Peak School of Real Estate, which provides various instructional courses and continuing education classes for real estate professionals. In 2008, Bill responded to a changing economy by creating Short Sale Solutions, LLC, which facilitates short sales for real estate agents. In 2010, Bill was instrumental in organizing the Peak Producers. This is a non-profit organization made up of the top 10% of real estate agents in the Pikes Peak Multiple Listing System (PPMLS).

Jesse Engel

Jesse grew up in the southern Denver Metro area before attending Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where he graduated with honors with a degree in finance & real estate with a minor in economics in 2007.

During his time at CSU, Jesse completed an internship with McWhinney Real Estate Services, an award-winning commercial real estate developer based in Loveland, CO. While Jesse had every intention of moving back to the Denver area after graduating from CSU, he and his wife Abby had fallen in love with Northern Colorado and decided it was the best place to raise a
family. They have since been blessed with four incredible children.

Jesse became licensed in 2008, just as the real estate market was experiencing a significant downturn. He quickly realized that he needed to learn everything he could about short sales and foreclosures, so in 2009 Jesse teamed up with a top-producing agent who specialized in distressed properties, and Jesse grew his business based on his knowledge of the foreclosure process and being a resource for buyers and sellers navigating what was a difficult market at that time.

In 2017, Jesse accepted a position as the employing broker at a nationally recognized real estate brokerage firm. He added the role of productivity coach to his responsibilities in 2019 and has since joined forces with the largest real estate brokerage firm in Northern Colorado as a managing broker
and development coordinator.

Jesse is well-versed in real estate contracts and has taught contract classes to many real estate agents across the State of Colorado. He uses that knowledge in his personal business to advocate for his clients. He understands the importance of customer service and keeping his clients informed throughout the transaction.
