Alicia brings more than 26 years of full-time real estate experience to her clients, offering a refined, informed approach shaped by decades of hands-on practice and industry leadership.
Before joining LIV Sotheby's International Realty, Alicia served as Managing Broker for RE/ MAX Alliance in Evergreen and Conifer, where she guided agents through complex transactions, regulatory changes, and evolving market conditions. Throughout her career, she has remained a dedicated, full-time, practicing REALTOR®, skillfully representing buyers and sellers with clarity, discretion, and professionalism.
Alicia is also a respected industry educator, teaching Ethics, Contracts, and Annual Commission Update courses, and has held extensive leadership roles within the REALTOR® community, including serving as President of the Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS® and the Professional Standards Committee for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Her commitment to professional standards and ethical practice is central to how she serves her clients.
Having lived in Evergreen and Conifer for most of her life and working extensively throughout Golden, Alicia offers deep local knowledge of Colorado's foothills and Front Range markets where expertise, discretion, and lifestyle understanding matter..
Outside of real estate, Alicia enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Bill, and their two Golden Retrievers, Tucker and Bodie.
