Every year the Division of Real Estate releases new forms and changes to the existing Commission approved forms.  This class is an in-depth look at the changes and new forms effective January 1, 2023, including:

  1. Major revisions and additions to the Seller's Property Disclosure.
  2. Updates to the Exclusive Right to Buy and Exclusive Right to Sell that you need to understand, along with the Tenant and Landlord Listing Contracts.
  3. Changes to the Brokerage Duties Addendum to Property Management Agreement as well as the Brokerage Duties Disclosure to Seller-non-CREC listing.
  4. New Lease Assignment.
